The locking clamps are positioned safely on the inside edge of the taildoor, lifting out of the way when the door is opened.

The rams are also positioned high on the side of the taildoor so that there is less contact between the rams and the product that is being tipped (e.g. heaping sugar beat).

The door opens 90° offering maximum clearance.

The chassis has a hydraulic sprung loaded valve fitted as standard, together with the pressure operated check valves they ensure that the  rear door cannot open when the body is down.

LED lights mounted in the top corners (optional extra) offer the best visibility, and warning of the trailer turning, to other road users.

Harvester Range

The hydraulically operated 4 mm folded and formed taildoor is designed to lift the door up and then open it to 90°. When closing it pulls the door down and clamps itself in place.
