Majestic Beat Heaping Trailer 22ft
x 7'7" x 5ft |
The
Majestic 16 tonne sugar beat trailer is built
to be more universal throughout the farming year, not being
a dump trailer. It has the ability to heap the sugar beet
in the stack at a tipping angle of 60 degrees
to a height of 9 feet as recommended by the
British Sugar Corporation, uniquely levelling
the beet heap with its hydraulic taildoor and reducing the
risk of peaks and frost pockets, which normally have to be
levelled by hand.
Larrington trailers
designed the unique beet heaping trailer in
1998 removing the
need for the "dump trailer" and making this
style of trailer
more user frendly on the farm. The trailer is designed to
handle 16 tons of sugar beet or 17.5 tons of grain. Our unique
chassis design from universal beam which we plate on both
sides offers massive strength and 1/2 the flexability of equivelent
sized box section.

Majestic Beet Heaping Trailer 22ft x 7'7"

This trailer has
a capacity of 18 tons of sugar beet or 19.5 tons of grain
having 936cuft. The chassis is upgraded to cope with the extra
load by plating the universal beam with 10mm plates and fully
welding to the 254 x 146 x 31kilo per m universal beam.
All of our trailer
sizes can be altered to the requirements of our customers
needs.

Majestic Beet Heaping Trailer 24ft x 7'7"
x 5'6" |
Having
the largest capacity of all of our present trailers with 1021
cuft of body space available holding 20 tons of sugar beet
and 21.2 tons of grain. The chassis has been upgraded to
305
x 165 x 40 kilo per m universal beam with 10mm plates on both
side's fully welded the full length of the chassis structure.
The body floor, sides and post's are from 4mm plate. The trailer
weigh's 7.5 tons empty so the legal use of the trailer in
the UK is limited to field operations, but these trailers
are going to the Russian federation so we are sure they will
be fully used to their full capacity. This trailer has our
continental drawbar hitching system standard on all of our
trailers for the continent or any fixed hitch vehicle.
