With our unique ability to fold full lengths of steel plate we are able to offer for sale the "New" Carbon Light range of trailers. Our folding technique allows the reduction of steel usage whilst retaining maximum strength from the folded structure of the trailer, and as for the name LESS steel Less Carbon!

Chassis :- 250 x 150 x 8m RHS Box section.

Body :- Formed and folded 4mm plate sides, top rail, bottom rail and end and side post.

Floor :-4mm flat plate

Floor support section :- 100 x 100 x 6mm RHS crossed on top of the main body runners of 100 x 100 x 6mm RHS box section.

Unique feature:-

Folded and formed top rail with angled edge for easy fitting of a rollover sheet.  Sides folded many times to form a strong curve and smooth finish unique to our 8m brake press.

Axles :- 420 x 180 round commercial axles at 72" track with hydraulic brakes mounted on 3 leaf parabolic.

Front mounted sprung drawbar with fixed 40mm towing eye, "U" bolt spring fixings and three hold adjustment/

Single tipping ram lifting trailer body to an angle of 53 degrees.
