Rootking Trailer for 2008 |
Our
trailer development has again moved forward – from the ground
upwards, a new drawbar – and stand, chassis and body design.
The drawbar stand now swivels down to support the trailer
when free from the tractor and when in use, swivels upwards,
and is not removed from the drawbar. The drawbar itself has
a 4 hole adjustment at the back of the spring, this allows
for larger tractor and trailor tyres, plus help to increase
drawbar weight if needed when operating in wet conditions.
The chassis is 250 x 150 x 10mm 50D grade. Rhs box section,
high grade steel, top performance and front and rear post's
with the side post's now fully welded. The tail doors sides
are now filled in with the distinctive RL's cut out and placed
front and back of the trailer, giving the new look a fine
sign of quality.

Trailer with Fold down Side |
Reducing
damage to your potato crop reduces wastage and will save you
money, the new 2008 Rootking trailer can be tailored to your
specific needs, having the side hydraulically fold down will
allow the harvester elevator closer to the floor of the trailer
reducing the drop of the potatoes as they are loaded. When
the trailer is half full the side is raised and the rest of
the trailer can be filled. Note that the side can be a “fold”
up or slide up or down. There are more images of a slide side
